1. Return and Exchange
We will be distraught if you are not satisfied with the items you receive. For most new-status items, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt.

(1) Please contact customer service by submitting a ticket on our website and indicate the item swish and why you want to return it. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Thank you very much for your patience.

(2) After receiving our return instructions, please pack the items to be returned in the original packaging.

(3) Deliver the package to the local post office.

(4) Most returns will be processed within five business days of receiving your package. If there is no other notice, we will refund the refund to your wallet so that you can return it to your payment account in advance. Your wallet balance can be used for your next purchase or withdrawn to your payment account. Once the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Return conditions
(1) You have 14 days to decide whether an item is suitable for you, if you wish to return or exchange the issue, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

(2) The following items cannot be returned: tights, underwear and pajamas, swimwear, and accessories (except scarves).

(3) Returned items must remain unused in their original packaging. We do not accept returned products that wear, damage, clean, or alter in any way.

(4) Items with non-refundable trademarks and gifts are non-refundable.

(5) We do not accept items returned without proper return requirements.

(6) We do not provide Freight Collection (FTC) service for packages returned to us. The return will be at your own expense.

(7) Be sure to double-check your return before returning. We are not responsible for the performance of non-Morpilot products.
